感謝你使用「塗鴉數學（Scribbly Math）」（以下稱「本應用程式」）。本應用程式由 bbincome（以下稱「我們」）開發。我們非常重視使用者（尤其是兒童使用者）的隱私，制定本政策說明本應用程式如何處理資料。
本應用程式的練習與學習紀錄功能完全在裝置本機執行，我們沒有伺服器，對於這部分的資料我們沒有能力接收、儲存或存取。
本應用程式含有 Google AdMob 廣告服務，用來顯示橫幅廣告。因為這個緣故，App 需要網路連線才能載入廣告，Android 系統也會要求對應的網路與廣告相關權限。廣告服務由 Google 提供，Google 如何處理相關資料由 Google 自己的隱私權政策規範（見第 3 節）。
本應用程式僅在使用者的裝置本機儲存以下資料，不會離開裝置、不會被我們上傳到任何雲端或伺服器：

本應用程式使用 Google AdMob 顯示橫幅廣告。為了載入與顯示廣告，AdMob SDK 可能會處理：廣告識別碼（Advertising ID）、裝置資訊、大概位置（依 IP 判斷、非精確定位）、App 使用與廣告互動資料。這些資料由 Google 處理，不會經過我們的手，我們也無法取得。
因為本應用程式主要提供兒童使用，我們已在程式中將廣告要求標記為 兒童導向（child-directed）／未達同意年齡（under age of consent），並將廣告內容分級限制為一般（G 級）。這代表 Google 會依其兒童政策處理廣告請求，不會對使用者投放個人化／行為定向廣告。詳細做法請參考 Google 的〈Google 如何在使用 Google Play 服務的應用程式中使用資料〉與 AdMob 隱私權政策。
我們自己蒐集的本機資料（第 2 節前半部）僅用於在裝置本機提供練習功能與顯示學習進度，完全不會傳送給我們或任何第三方。
廣告相關資料則由 Google AdMob 依其自身的隱私權政策處理與使用，我們不會另外把使用者資料提供給 AdMob 以外的第三方，本應用程式也不含其他分析或追蹤 SDK（如 Google Analytics 等）。
所有資料都保留在使用者的裝置上，直到使用者主動刪除或整個應用程式被移除：
本應用程式是設計給兒童使用的數學練習工具。我們不收集任何個人身分資訊、沒有帳號系統，本機資料（暱稱、練習紀錄等）也不會離開裝置。
本應用程式含有 Google AdMob 廣告，我們已將所有廣告請求標記為兒童導向、限制為一般（G 級）內容，確保 Google 不會對使用者投放個人化／行為定向廣告。即便如此，顯示廣告仍需要透過 Google 的廣告網路運作，這與「完全不使用任何網路服務」不同，請家長／監護人知悉。
我們建議家長／監護人在孩童使用本應用程式時陪同或了解其使用情況。若您是家長，對於孩童在本應用程式中輸入的暱稱等本機資料，或對廣告內容有任何疑慮，可隨時透過 App 內的刪除功能移除資料，或聯絡我們（見第 7 節）。
若本應用程式未來新增功能而需要收集額外資料或使用網路服務，我們會更新本政策並調整上方生效日期，重大變更會盡量透過應用程式內的公告告知使用者。

Thank you for using Scribbly Math ("the App"), developed by bbincome ("we", "us"). We take the privacy of our users — especially children — seriously. This policy explains how the App handles data.
The App's practice and progress-tracking features run entirely on the user's device. We do not operate any server and have no ability to receive, store, or access this data ourselves.
The App includes the Google AdMob advertising service to display banner ads. Because of this, the App requires an internet connection to load ads, and Android will request the corresponding network- and advertising-related permissions. The ad service is provided by Google, and how Google handles related data is governed by Google's own privacy policy (see Section 3).
The App stores the following information locally on the user's device only. None of it ever leaves the device or is uploaded by us to any cloud service or server:

The App uses Google AdMob to display banner ads. To load and serve ads, the AdMob SDK may process: an advertising identifier, device information, approximate (IP-based, non-precise) location, and app usage/ad interaction data. This data is processed by Google, not by us, and we have no access to it.
Because the App is primarily intended for children, we have configured ad requests as child-directed / under age of consent in the app's code, and restricted ad content to general (G) rating. This means Google will handle ad requests under its children's policies and will not serve personalized or behaviorally-targeted ads. The locally stored data described in the first part of Section 2 is used solely to provide practice functionality and show progress on the device. It is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Advertising-related data is processed by Google AdMob under its own privacy policy. We do not share user data with any third party beyond AdMob, and the App contains no other analytics or tracking SDKs (such as Google Analytics).
All data remains on the user's device until the user deletes it or removes the App:
The App is designed as a math practice tool for children. We collect no personally identifiable information and have no account system; locally stored data (nickname, practice history, etc.) never leaves the device.
The App includes Google AdMob ads. We have configured all ad requests as child-directed and restricted to general (G) content, so that Google will not serve personalized or behaviorally-targeted ads to users. That said, showing ads still requires operating through Google's ad network, which is different from using no network services at all — parents/guardians should be aware of this.
We recommend that parents/guardians be aware of, or accompany, their child's use of the App. If you are a parent with concerns about locally stored data such as a nickname entered by your child, or about ad content, you may remove data at any time using the in-app delete features, or contact us (see Section 7).
If future versions of the App collect additional data or use network services, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be announced within the App where practical.
